Given the COVID-19 challenges facing communities, businesses, and economies around the world, All Charmettes activities scheduled for the calendar year 2020-2022 were either placed on hold or held virtually. However, even during uncertain times, the Charmettes were still active in the community.
Letters were sent to 35 families needing assistance that free turkeys would be avail-able the Monday before Thanksgiving.The chapter co-sponsored (2020) a Food Giveaway providing hot meals, turkeys, and food boxes
In 2019, a family of five (5) was identified as needing assistance as the result of COVID. The chapter provided them with financial support, as well as clothing and toys for the three(3) children
